Pricing & invoicing
One simple rule for what counts.
Start with 10 one-time free approvals. After that, pay only for requests you actually approve, or choose Ultimate when your volume is regular.

Unreviewed incoming requests and protected initial review are free. A request is counted once, at its first internal approval. Any introductory allowance remaining when Ultimate is activated expires.

What is not included?
Polyquote calculates a non-binding production cost estimate. Your binding sale price, tax, shipping, finishing and delivery terms remain your responsibility and should be reviewed in your own offer.
