Pricing & invoicing
One simple rule for what counts.
An upload alone is not counted. A request becomes paid usage only when you approve it for internal review.

| Ultimate | EUR 699 per year | Up to 75 approvals per calendar month; then EUR 2.90 per additional approval. Annual fee in advance. |
Unreviewed incoming requests and protected initial review are free. A request is counted once, at its first internal approval. Unused free PAYG approvals do not transfer to Ultimate.

What is not included?
Polyquote calculates a non-binding production cost estimate. Your binding sale price, tax, shipping, finishing and delivery terms remain your responsibility and should be reviewed in your own offer.
